Complex contact between rhyolite (pale green-grey) and argillite. The contact relationships suggest either extrusion or intrusion of the rhyolite into still unconsolidated sediments.

Suspected high grade silver in stratigraphic beds
Typical hillside scarp slope south side of Max stock approximate elevation 700 m in Skeena Group volcanic and sedimentary rocks host bedded VMS base metal sulphides (lead, zinc) and silver sulfolsalt (antimony rich) and gold.
Discordant veins and stringer sulphide mineralization in altered (Fe/Mn carbonate) argillites at the Max VMS target.
Steep slope of Skeena VMS setting of shallow marine sediments and volcanics hosting discordant sulphide veins and high grade base metal and precious metal stratabound sulphide beds at the Max target
