Jaxon Announces Resignation of CFO

April 11, 2023, Vancouver, Canada – Jaxon Mining Inc. (“Jaxon” or the “Company”) (TSX.V: JAX, FSE: 0U31, OTC: JXMNF) announces the resignation of Alain Voisin as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. Mr. Voisin will facilitate the transition to the new CFO whose appointment will be announced in the coming days.

The Company thanks Mr. Voisin for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
